Calculation Formula

The liquidation price refers to the International Accounting Standards (I.A.S) and it is used for printout "I.A.S. Stock Ledger".

The price is calculated using job "Liquidation price calculation" (Inventory jobs).

In the job, the following parameters are selected:

- Update fiscal period: the fiscal period for which the value is calculated.

- Value from period – Value: there is completion of the period and valuation method to be used for the calculation.

- Modification percentage: it is completed with the percentage (%) to be used in order to augment the period value selected (value from period).

 

In order to execute the job correctly, you must initially execute "Update prices".

Upon execution of prices update, there is display of the items with the price based on the valuation method ("Default" column) and the liquidation price. The user has the ability to change the liquidation price.

When the job is executed, the items are updated with the respective cost price.
