### Trading parties parameters

In trading parties parameters you specify the following:

1. The special transactions document Series as well as the debit/credit to be produced on the interest document when running the calculation job.
2. The interest rates to be proposed when running the interest calculation job or the interest rates report job.
3. The interest rate calculation date. Enter the date that will appear as "From" date in the interest rate calculation job.
4. The number of days on which interest rate calculation will be based (parameter: Based on days). Interest calculation is T=K*i*Days/360 or 365, where Τ=Interest, Κ=Capital, i=Interest rate.

## Operation

Interest calculation job

1. In dates enter the date up to which interest is to be calculated.
2. If you enter interest rates other than those set in Parameters and select filter "Recalculate based on given interest rates", then the job does not take into account the interest rates set in parameters.
3. If a payment method is selected in filters, the job shall generate interest documents only for the customers whose constant data include the specific payment method.

Comments:

- The calculation method for the days for which interest shall be charged is the following: Total Days  + 1 day from the bank- the collection day.

- If the document does not include payment terms, the job considers as the payment date the date of the document.
- If the document includes payment terms, interest is calculated after the ending date of the payment terms.
- In case of cheque collection, the calculation takes into account the cheque expiry date.

## Information

Interest report

The report functions the same way with the interest calculation job, with the difference that it provides user the ability to view the calculated interest for each document, if there is selection of the filter "Details: Yes".
