Work as follows: 

1. Get the **Recalculation **operation on the Retail display from the [S1 Retail Designer](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268827/Soft1+Retail+Pro+-+S1+Retail+Designer) (POS Display→ Operations Grid).
2. Once you add the **items **to the Doc lines, add also the **Customer **being monitored in pricing categories/price zones.
3. Clicking on the **Recalculate **button will recalculate the prices for those items for which Alternative prices have been set (tab Trade→ Price Lists).
