🌱 Manage a [Gift list](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EL/pages/189729730) in SOFTONE Retail Pro through operations available by default in the [S1 Retail Designer](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EL/189729087/Soft1+Retail+Pro+-+S1+Retail+Designer).

- In POS Display → Operations Grid, you can see the **Gift list **folder, which includes the Gift List Browser, Sales Financial Control and the ability to create a New Gift List.
- In POS Display → Operations Grid → Additional Document Fields, the Gift List field is available.

In SOFTONE Retail Pro, select Other data → Gift list and work as follows:

- Create a **New gift list**, filling in customer’s data and the stock items.
- Select the **Gift list browser **to see the wish-list on the Doc (e.g. Retail). Automatically, the Gift list will be filled in the Doc header. Then, find the customer-gift giver in Doc and add items to the lines.
- Select **Sales Financial Control **to view the Gift List Status (GIFTLIST_REP), which includes the data of list-customer, as well as the processed and available quantities.
