🌱 If you click on the shortcut and the login screen does not appear, while the open session is available in Task Manager of the workstation:

- Check if a SOFTONE file is available in the Firewall and Antivirus blocks, not allowing logging into SOFTONE.
- Select another Windows printer. Click again on the SOFTONE shortcut with administrator rights.
