🌱 If you are not allowed to save a Doc after modifying it, check the following:

1. Check if the Doc is printed (*Printed* field) and if the *Modify Printed Doc* is restricted *(Series → General Data tab → Doc. Printing).* If modification is restricted, adjust the setting to *Warning *or *No Check.*
:warning: *It is not recommended to modify a printed Doc, especially if it affects qty or value data.*
2. Make sure there are no [Date Limits](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/189268532) applied.
3. Check if a finalized accounting entry is linked to the Doc. If such an entry exists, make sure it has been updated and assigned a journal number (i.e., it is finalized).
4. Confirm that you have the right to modify Docs.
5. In the *Doc Type → Accounting tab,* make sure that the *Totals per day* flag is activated. If so, contact the support department for further assistance.
