🌱 It is displayed upon sending an email through the ERP.

1. Check the following email settings:
  1. System Settings (*Internet → email*)
  2. User Email Account *(Parameters menu →  Users & Rights →  Users).*
2. If the email password has changed, re-enter the updated password. After saving the changes, log out and log back into the program.
3. If your mail server requires an App Password for third-party applications, create an App Password for SOFTONE ERP and use it instead of the standard email account password.
