🌱 It is often displayed after upgrading MS Office. This issue occurs by residual information from the older version* (e.g., in the Registry)*, which conflicts with SOFTONE when using Excel or Word.

1. Uninstall Office completely with administrative rights.
2. Install again the Office with the necessary administrative rights.
3. Make sure that the Office version (32-bit or 64-bit) is compatible with your Windows version.
