🌱 It is displayed upon creating a Doc when the **Automatic Pay-off** feature is activated. 

1. Check the **Document Series** settings *(Special data tab → Pay-off).*
2. Make sure that the **Method **is set to **Automatic (Yes)** and the** Series **is set as** per Payment Terms**.
3. Check the default **Cash Account **during pay-off *(Parameters menu →  Companies→  Cash Accounts/Registers tab).*
4. Make sure that **Cash accounts **are set up for:
  1. Cash payments
  2. Any credit card used.
