🌱 It is displayed during PDF printing. Check in the *printout form → Parameters tab* if the customer’s name is included as part of the file path. 

If the customer’s name includes special characters, such as /, it may be used as file path,. This does not allow creating directory and displays the Unable to create directory error. Remove any special characters like / and print again.
