🌱 It is displayed upon logging into Retail Pro. The application checks the parameters set on the Workstation, to retrieve the necessary setup data.

On the workstation from which the message is displayed:

1. Check the [.XCO file](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/189268825) → Confirm that the Branch defined in the [LOGIN] section of XRETAIL.XCO, located in the program files, matches the branch set on the workstation.
2. Check the Workstation → The value set in the Workstation field should match with the PC name but should exceed 14 characters. If it does:
  - Rename the PC from the Windows’s settings,
  - Add this name in the Workstation field,
  - Restart the PC and log in to Retail Pro.
