🌱 It is displayed upon logging into SOFTONE ERP, when:

1. There is no access to the database. In the case of client/server, confirm the Server IP/hostname in the ERP shortcut (parameter: /host:...).
2. The [License Manager](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/189268679):
  1. Does not include the installation’s Serial Number.
  2. Is not running.
  3. Has incorrect setup
