🌱  1. Close the folder in the previous Year with Expense Provision, e.g. Costing folder 2024 with Provision.

2. Create a new folder in the new Fiscal Year, e.g., New folder 2025.
3. Close the new folder with the actual expenses when the transaction is completed.
