🌱 Make sure that the Item Type is set to *Regular *in both Item Basics and Doc lines.

If it has any other value, such as *Gift*, check whether the Document Type you are using has a transaction entered for items of that Type, namely Gift.  

If not, set the preferred transaction and re-enter the Item in Doc line and save the Doc.
