🌱 You may import images to SOFTONE ERP, in three ways:

1. **Import from file: **The** **data is saved in sodata (in the database), which is a blob field and can increase the database size.
2. **Link from file: **Sodata is not filled in, as data are saved in sofname,* e.g. FILE:///C:\Users\user\Pictures\softone_image.jpg.* To view the image from all terminals, share the folder with all Windows Users.
3. **Image Url:** The image is saved in cloud storage,* e.g. dropbox,* and the data is saved in sofname: [https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3f/JPEG_example_flower.jpg](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3f/JPEG_example_flower.jpg).
