Use Insert Items provided in the default 360 menu (SOne), and/or design the Document lines based on each user role. Sort the Document lines, set Groupings and Related jobs and modify the Columns that will be displayed in the Item lines.

In 360, when using **Multi-Product Insert, **you can:

- Set a numeric field to enter,* e.g. ****Inventory qty****.*
- The Item’s **qty **(= total previous sales - inventory qty) will be automatically suggested in the sales order line.

In SOFT1 360, when using **Multi-Product Insert**,** **you can check the Item Balance per W/h when creating Sales Documents. The Item Balance is updated automatically, even in offline mode. Work as follows:
