**Items Showroom **in SOFT1 360 enables employees, such as salespersons, to create and manage carts that include items that Customers will order. Carts help users to organize and manage Sales orders better, and also work more efficiently.

The Items Showroom key features are the following:

- Create a cart → Select items and add them to one or more carts, which can be named or categorised based on their needs.
- Manage a cart: Edit, delete or keep for future use. This provides flexibility in handling orders.
- Use a cart:
  - in the <span style="color: #4c9aff"><u>[Fast Entry](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/582221942)</u></span> process, having first collected items from the Items Showroom.
  - in <span style="color: #4c9aff"><u>[Sales](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/582582314)</u></span><span style="color: #4c9aff">[ ](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/582582314)</span>Documents, by selecting Insert Line: Showroom → starting to insert items or Copy items from Cart → having first collected the items from the Items Showroom.
