In SOFT1 360 you can use your data in two ways, even if the internet is not connected, improving user experience and providing speed and reliability in data access. Make the most of offline operation and work efficiently even when working with interrupted or no internet connection, ensuring continuity and flexibility in your work.

| - **Screen Form, Browser/List: **It refers to the designs of the data available to the user in the 360 menu.
- **Browser/List filters:** It refers to the default filters in the Browsers/Lists.
- **Entry data: **When selecting an entry from an Browser/List, Entry Data is the data displayed in your Screen Form/ Work screen. This may include various information related to the selected entry. However, the Screen Form may display fields not included as columns in the Browser/List. This means that while specific columns are displayed in the Browser/List, selecting an entry can display more fields with additional information about that entry. Users can see this additional data in the Screen Form, including fields that are not set to be displayed in the Browser/List, if Entry Data is saved locally on your device.
- **Selectors:** It refers to selectors that are available in a Screen Form/ Work screen, i.e. a dropdown menu for the user to select specific data. For example, a Series (memory table) is used to create a new Document or a Project (object) involving a technician.
Users can see in the Screen Form all the data available in the selector and select some of them, if Selector Fields are saved locally on your device.

 - Make sure that the fields included in the form are also available in the Screen Form/ Work screen of the printout.
 - Design the form based on the printer's dimensions to ensure a proper printout. | **Other forms of the job’s menu: **It refers to** **Related jobs and the Screen Forms used in them. When users click on the the Sales Document Browser/List in SOFT1 360 menu to view the pending entry, they may not see data is some fields as it may be lost.
Based on the 360 basic design principles:
- You should use the same Screen Form for Sales Documents in both Related jobs and the 360 menu.
