> If you scan using the alternative code, then that code will be suggested. In any other case, the main code will be suggested.

> Upon scanning an Item while working at Stocktaking and Purchases Receiving, and the Barcode does not exist, the '*Barcode not found*' message will be automatically displayed. In that case, you can: 
> 
> 1. save the barcode to an existing item.
> 2. create a new item and set the specific Barcode.

> <span style="color: #172b4d">To manage Items being monitored in SN, work as follows:</span>

> - <span style="color: #172b4d">scan/type the item code,</span>
> - <span style="color: #172b4d">set the quantity and then select one or more SN from the available ones based on the previously set quantity. In case the quantity is not equal to the number of the selected SN, then a respective message will be displayed. </span>
> - <span style="color: #172b4d">Click </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
> <span style="color: #172b4d">to confirm/ save the changes. </span>  
> <span style="color: #172b4d">❗ The SN used previously, is no longer available in the list. </span>
> 
> <span style="color: #172b4d">To create a new SN code, set the '</span><span style="color: #172b4d">**Create**</span><span style="color: #172b4d">' option at the '</span><span style="color: #172b4d">**SN**</span><span style="color: #172b4d">' Settings (Stock Mgmt./ Purchases/ Sales).</span>  
> <span style="color: #172b4d">💡Keep in mind to activate the specific parameter before starting working on any document. Otherwise, the field will be inactive (read-only). </span>

> <span style="color: #172b4d">For Items being monitored in Lots, work as follows:</span>

> - <span style="color: #172b4d">scan/type the Item code</span>,
> - click on the Item line and at the '**New lot code**' field:
>   - select one of the existing Lots by clicking > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
> or
>   - create a new one.

> <u>*If*</u>* you had previously set the '*<span style="color: #172b4d">***After searching: Open Line***</span><span style="color: #172b4d">*' option (Stock Mgmt./ Purchases/ Sales Settings)*</span>
> - <span style="color: #172b4d">Select the item Variations and then click</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

> Click on the job, which you were previously working on, and then select '*Yes*' at the '*Recover* *Document? Yes/No*' message.

> While working on a specific job, you can sort, in Ascending/ Descending order the grid fields by clicking on any of them.

> The variation in colors displayed for the item quantity at the Purchases/ Sales/ Stock Mgmt **Picking** and **Sales Packing** indicates the following:

> - <span style="color: #ff0000">**Red**</span><span style="color: #333333">** **</span><span style="color: #333333">displays</span> the quantities of the initial order as well as those below the initial order.
> - <span style="color: #008080">**Green **</span>displays the item quantities, which are included in the initial order.
