At SOFT1 **WMS Lite**, Stock Items, Price Check or Replenishment jobs, apply to the following:

- **Stock Items:** <span style="color: #172b4d">the user has access to a specific SOFT1 Stock Item List and creates new Stock Items. </span>
- **Price Check:** the user checks and conducts a comparison between the prices of Stock Items (on shelves) to the ones in SOFT1.
- **Replenishment:** the user records/ writes down the company needs and proceeds to quantity replenishment by creating multiple purchase orders to suppliers.

#### <span style="color: #ff6600">**Stock Items**</span>

Follow the steps below to create a new Stock Item.

- Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 **Stock Items **<span style="color: #172b4d"> from SOFT1 WMS Lite Menu. </span>
- Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

to fill in the required fields for the new Item<span style="color: #172b4d">.</span>
- <span style="color: #172b4d">Click</span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

to create it.

Once the new Stock Item is created, the information will be available in both SOFT1 and WMS Lite.

<span style="color: #ff6600">💡</span><span style="color: #333333">Select an Item and click </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333"> (upright of the screen) to </span><span style="color: #333333">**edit**</span><span style="color: #333333"> its data/info. </span>

#### <span style="color: #ff6600">**Price Check**</span>

Follow the steps below, to conduct a comparison between the prices of Stock Items (on shelves) to the ones in SOFT1.

- Click
  **Price Check **from SOFT1 WMS Lite Menu**. **
- Search Items either by typing or scanning (via camera/ Bluetooth scanner) any Code.
- <span style="color: #333333">Confirm the</span><span style="color: #ff6600"> </span>price update (in case the shelf price is different from the SOFT1 price). The Item price is updated displaying the correct one while the following message is displayed:  '*Item successfully updated*'.  
If there is a Bluetooth printer connection, you can print labels by clicking> Macro (inline-media-image)

 button. Note that, you should have previously designed Printout Forms in SOFT1.
- Scan again the Item. Its price has now been updated with the correct one.
- <span style="color: #333333">Select an Item and click </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333"> (upright of the screen) to </span><span style="color: #333333">**edit**</span><span style="color: #333333"> its data/info.</span>
- Print the new labels using the 'Print labels' job (right-click) at a SOFT1 Browser/ List.

<span style="color: #333333">💡 Price Check is performed </span><u><span style="color: #333333">for a single Item each time,</span></u><span style="color: #333333"> (not massively).</span>

#### **Replenishment**

Follow the steps below, to perform stock replenishment and write down the company requirements by creating massive purchase orders to suppliers at SOFT1 **WMS Lite**.

- Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 **Replenishment **<span style="color: #172b4d"> and fill in the required fields to create new purchase orders to Supplier.</span>
- Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

to search Items either by typing or scanning (via camera/ Bluetooth scanner) any Code.
- <span style="color: #172b4d">Set the required quantities of items and insert them in document lines by clicking on </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #172b4d">.</span>
- Save the new purchase order.

**Note that:**

- If there is the same Main Supplier for all Items, this one will be suggested. Otherwise, separate  documents will be created, each with a different Main supplier.
