**SOFT1 SFA** allows the salesperson to collect and record information when visiting points of sale. This process is performed using specially designed **Questionnaires**, according to business needs, thus significantly automating merchandising processes such as conducting surveys on the degree of customer satisfaction, recording competitive prices, monitoring product display at the point of sale, etc.

Suppose you work in a [<u>Meeting</u>](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072594) for which a Questionnaire has been set.

- Click <u>Check-in </u>to activate the **Questionnaire**.
- Answer the questions and click **Continue **to confirm the answers.
- **Save **the Questionnaire.
