**SOFT1 SFA** allows the salesperson to manage** Stock items**, easily accessing useful information such as photos, suggested retail prices, etc. It can also handle real-time information related to **Customers **such as their contact details and order history, financial statements, as well as their business location on the Map (Google Maps).

The above-mentioned are available from the **Jobs menu**, and the **Home screen** as well as from various points while working in SOFT1 SFA. for example, from a [Meeting ](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072594)by clicking on the Customer field.
