**SOFT1 SFA** allows the salesperson to manage **Collection **documents easily and quickly, in multiple ways and from different points within the application.   
Create a new collection from the Jobs menu (Collections, Fast Entry), Home screen (Add Collection), and upon Check-in in a C.R.M. action ([<u>Calendar</u>](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072593)[ ](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072593)/ [<u>Meetings</u>](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072594)).**<span style="color: #ff5630"> </span>**The procedure remains the same depending on how the salesperson/user works.   
For example, select:

- **<span style="color: #000000">Add collection</span>** (*Home screen*), to create a new collections document.
- **Collections **(*Jobs menu)*, to manage/create a new collections document and have access to the Documents list.
- **Fast Entry **(*Jobs menu)*, to directly create/save a new collection document for your customers.
