**SOFT1 SFA** allows the salesperson to manage sales documents easily and quickly, in multiple ways and from different sections within the application.  
Create/Save a new Sales document from the Jobs menu (**<u>Sales</u>**, [**<u>Fast Entry</u>**](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072596)), Home screen (**Add sale)**, [**Showroom **](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072598)and upon **Check-in** in a C.R.M. action. ([**Calendar **](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072593)/ [**Meetings**](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072594))<span style="color: #ff5630">. </span>The procedure for all the above sections remains the same depending on how the salesperson/user works.  
For example, select:

- **Add sale****<span style="color: #ff5630"> </span>**(*Home screen*), to create a new sales document.
- **Sales **(*Jobs menu*), to manage/create a new sales document and have access to the Documents list.
- **Fast Entry **(*Jobs menu* or *Home screen*) to view and select from the available items as well as exclusively from those that have been sold to that customer in the past.
