#### <span style="color: #ff6600">**Sales Picking**</span>  


<span style="color: #172b4d">Follow the steps below to find the existing/ already saved sales orders in SOFT1</span> and collect the items included in them.

- Click
  **Sales Picking **<span style="color: #172b4d">and fill in the</span><span style="color: #172b4d">** **</span><span style="color: #172b4d">required fields to search</span> the sales orders that need to be executed.
- Click
  to pick the Sales Order.
- <span style="color: #172b4d">Fill in the required fields to create the new Picking document that will include the items for the sales order</span>.
- Click
  to display the items' that need to be collected.
- Scan the items located in W/H. Repeat scanning them as many times you need to increase the quantity. Set warnings upon exceeding the quantity by activating the <span style="color: #333333">'</span>Qty excess (picking)' at Sales Settings.
- <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)

<span style="color: #333333">to save the Picking document.</span>
- Repeat the process for the next order.

#### <span style="color: #ff6600">**Sales Picking - Picking from lines**</span>

- Activate <u>Picking from lines </u>to serve/execute:
- multiple orders for the same customer,
- multiple orders based on other criteria, e.g. Dates.

Making use of the specific parameter, a single sales document is created including lines from multiple documents of the same customer. Based on the filters set, each line will refer to each document.

#### <span style="color: #ff6600">**Sales Packing**</span>

<span style="color: #172b4d">Follow the steps below to proceed to Sales Packing process and create a new document based on customer's orders.</span>   


- Click
  **Sales Packing, **search the document and select it.
- <span style="color: #172b4d">Fill in the required fields to create the new packing document</span>.
- <span style="color: #333333">Scan the box, the items, and set the quantities. The </span>
  displays 1/1, which means that the items to be packed would be included in Box 1/ Palette 1. The Dimension 1,2,3 fields are also automatically updated in SOFT1 based on boxes and palettes. Usually this information is required by the transport company for billing purposes.
- Click '**Close box**' to proceed to the next box or to complete the process.
- Save the new packing document, which is automatically available in SOFT1. A printout form will be also created accordingly, which includes the customer's info. This way, the customer will be informed of which products are included in each box.
