### **▶️ **Introduction

As a customer, the first time you receive notification that a document is issued through "myCustomer" service, you shall receive 2 emails:

1. The first email contains the sender's details, information on the "myCustomer" service, the service's email address as well as your login credentials (Username and password).
2. The second email informs on the document issue, as well as the myCustomer service email address, through which you can acquire a full overview of your documents.

Login to the service is performed using your login credentials (username και password), which were sent through the previous email (step 1).

The first screen of the service you shall receive using the email address of step 2 is provided in picture below

## **▶️** myCustomer possibilities 

myCustomer service provides you with a set of possibilities, such as:

- Check the price list of items
- View a set of information on your financial card
- Check your documents
- Check Outstanding Documents
- View statistics on your items.

### Items

The first screen suggests by default some item filters, in which you can filter certain categories, groups, or an item code. Click "Browse" to see the list.

Selecting an entry and using <View>button , or double clicking displays additional item information.

###  Customer Card

  
The card provides cumulatively all document transactions of interest to you for the time period selected in the filters.

The printout title displays the date range to which the transactions refer, as well as the data of the company that issued them.

You can see, all in one place, the number of documents, document data, such as date, code and transaction, as well as their value. For more information on the document, you can double click to select the entry of interest.

### Documents

Through documents selection you can view the sales documents issued on your behalf.

On the home screen you can, through filters such as date range or specific item, select to display a specific document 

Items search is performed easily through browsing, without any need to memorize the code.

 Same as with the card, the top part of the printout displays the printout title and date range of the printout results.

In addition to the main document data which are easily viewed at a glance (date, document code, document type, as well as value analysis), you are also able to display additional document information by double clicking on the entry that interests you.

### Outstanding Documents

  
This printout allows you to monitor the process of your orders and check which ones have been completed

In this printout also you can view a specific entry, by means of entering in the filters the corresponding data, such as date, document code, or document type, if you want for example to filter only your orders.

In this printout, same as with the previous ones, you have the ability to display additional document information, by double clicking on the entry of interest.

### Item Statistics

Through item statistics you may have a consolidated report on sales per item and per month, as well as per quantity, but also as per value.  
You can easily see the items with most transactions and the related time period.  
Double-clicking on the item that interests you displays additional information on that item.
