A prerequisite for the activation of «myCustomer» service is the activation of **SOFT1 Open Enterprise **edition

Follow the instructions below depending on your installation.

1. **Installations without an active contract for renewal S1 version**
  - Contact our Commercial division for renewing your contract
2. **Installations with an active contract for renewal S1 version**
  - If the version is older than then series 4.00 then follow the version upgrade instructions available [here ](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/SS5EN/189268020)
  - If the version is newer than then series 4.00 but...
    - If has not been activated **Open Enterprise Edition** then follow the instructions available [here.](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072516)
    - If activated the **Open Enterprise Edition,** **but is not activated the service** **"myCustomer"**
