You can use SOFT1 "**Send Customer Statement**" to send, either individually or massively, an analytical statement that includes customers' transactions for any time period. Customers will automatically get an e-mail, through which they will be able to View, Accept or Reject their Statement. 

**REQUIREMENTS**

To be able **to use** "**Send Customer Statement**", a website address should have been created (domain name: e.g. company.oncloud.com).

For on-premise installations, [SOFT1 Open Enterprise Engine](https://soft1wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SS5EN/pages/187072516) should be activated.
