**SOFT1 Web Accounts** are used in order to give both your company’s users and external users/ third party applications, access to individual data of your company. Use SOFT1 Web accounts to include all **Web & Mobile** services that have been activated in your SOFT1 installation/sn. All Web & Mobile services can be accessed through the website domain (e.g. [mycompanyname.s1cloud.net](http://mycompanyname.s1cloud.net/)) that was created when you activated [SOFT1 Open Enterprise engine](https://wiki.soft1.eu/space/EME/187072516).

> ℹ️ Info: If you add more web & mobile services, than those activated in your SOFT1 installation/sn, in a new (or an already existing) web account, no user will be able to access any service.

> ℹ️ In this case, the message "**Web Services Licenses Exceeded!**" will appear. Therefore, additional web & mobile services lines, found in web account(s) should be deleted.
