In SOFT1 **WMS Lite** the jobs related to **Stock Management, **resulting from Production, involve the following processes.

**✔ Intra Orders Picking,** the user creates an** **Intra-company transactions document for the products/raw materials transferred from one W/H to another,* e.g. manufacturing site.*  
**✔** **Consumption Orders Picking,** the user creates a Consumption note for the products/raw materials, which are already in the manufacturing site and expected to be used.

#### <span style="color: #ff991f">Intra Orders Picking</span>

Follow the steps below to create Intra orders Docs for transactions between the W/Hs.

- Select the **Intra Orders Picking **from the SOFT1 **WMS Lite **menu.  
💡*It is required to previously create a production order in SOFT1 (Jobs menu → Production → Production Orders),*
- Click 🔍to select the production order doc.
- Choose, for example, Branch 2 & W/H 2 where the products/raw materials will be imported/transferred, and click the ✔️Tick icon.
- Set the quantities for each item and import them to the new doc using the ✔️Tick icon.
- Click the ✔️Tick icon to create the new Picking doc.

#### <span style="color: #ff991f">Consumption Orders Picking</span>

Follow the steps below to create Consumption order Notes.

- Select the **Cons. Orders Picking **from the SOFT1 **WMS Lite** menu.  
💡*It is required to previously create a Production order in SOFT1 (Jobs menu → Production → Production Orders),*
- Click 🔍 to select the production order doc.
- Click the ✔️Tick icon to search the desired item.
- Search Items either by typing or scanning (via camera/ Bluetooth scanner) its Code, Alternative Code, Lot or SN.
- Set the quantities for each item and import them to the new doc using the ✔️Tick icon.
- Click the ✔️Tick icon to create the new Picking doc.
